This a new house, in Clarkson. Its Small and sweet and lives up to its standards that is required to make this a easy clean fun living home. The Rooms x2 are med size room with a built in Wardrobes. The Room can come Furnished or Not Furnished or Part Furnished its totally up to you.(King single bed is available) and singles. if you want to buy your own double or queen please feel free too....
The House has everything, fans in the living room, portable fans for rooms, new washing machine clothes line cookware BBQ and veggie garden. one of the rooms has a tv port hole if you have your own tv. (but theirs TV out in the living room area).
1min walk = Major shopping center(CLARKSON) Dept stores, PUB's, food stores, Take aways, Restaurants, Pub, Petrol station, Library, pharmacy, Doctors, Bakery, GYM (SURGE FITNESS).
1 min walk = Bus Stops.
10min WALK max!!!!= Train Station - Clarkson Train station (Its the first train and you get a seat on the train and miss the busy peak hour train stations eg. whitfords karrinup were you can miss out on getting on the train because its too packed)(25mins on train to Perth)
10/15min walk max = Beach - Mindarie = surf$200 PW includes bills
15\20min walk = Mindarie Marina/Restaurants/Pubs
JOONDALUP = 8min drive or 8mins with train) = Joondalup - ECU uni Major Shopping centre - Movies - Pubs - Night life.
