Double room available in a 3x2 in Clarkson. You'd be sharing with two males, 1 being 30 and a scientist, 1 being 27 and a nurse. We are easy going fun guys who like a laugh and are very relaxed. The room can be either furnished or unfurnished and has a built in robe. The house is just under 1 year old so all appliances are nearly new. If you like your movies - have a big tv with blue ray and rockin sound!! There is space in the garage for another car. Rent includes broadband and full foxtel. Bills are extra, but they're not usually that much.
