Hi my name is Erin and im 22, full time professional. I am looking for a Professional or Student, honest and reliable housemate to share my house in Perth Northern Suburbs.
I'm a socialable and out going person, but also value my down time. I would like someone who has shared before, is happy to help out around the house with cleaning and chores. I have previously had a bad experience with housemates and am looking for someone who will pay their rent and bills on time all while living in a fun and friendly enviroment.I like the occasional social drink but am no where near a party animal, Im a non smoker but have no problem with smoking outside the house. Ideal housemate would be ok with Pets, looking for a Long Term Home and preferably female, however i will consider anyone who thinks they can fit in well.
The house has Air-con, enclosured space for 1 car, Wireless Internest (Small Fee) and is 5 min from Ocean Keys Shops, 10 minutes from Clarkson Station and has multiple bus stops nearby.
