Hi Guys, so ive been living with my sister for the last 7 months and she is now moving to Sydney. I have a double room with wardrobe and own bathroom available. The apartment itself is only 7 months old, is fully furnished but i am happy to accomodate anything you may want to bring into the property. Yes the property seems far away from everything however the train is 5 mins away and only takes 20 mins to get to the city by train or car and I work in the city everyday. There is only one garage but plenty of parking available. I do have to cats so please bare this in mind, however they mind there own business. Ideally the person who would move in would be male or female, not be homophobic at all, be up for a party now and then. Be adventurous but also willing to have quiet times.
