I have a room to let in Colonel Light Gnds. Its a large room and the house has a large garden and heated pool.There's off street parking and its easy to get into the city by a bus that stops less than a minutes walk away and travels directly up King William St. Marion and Mitcham shops are very close by for shopping etc as is Flinders MC/Uni. I'm a very tidy and clean guy and although I like to get out and socialise I like to keep home for chilling so don't bring it back with me. I enjoy cooking and sitting down with my house mate when appropriate for a meal and/or a few drinks. I'm an easy going kind of bloke but appreciate that like myself, others need space.
