One of our roomies has just left us and therefore we have a room to let.
Old but charming character house with wooden floorboards, big rooms with high ceilings (incl. fans and newly insulated roof- so it stays cool or warm lol) and an absolute fantastic/massive backyard.
We would like to rent out the room fully furnished but it is your choice and if you need it empty that's okay too. You will need to share the shower/bathtub with another girl (21).
Wireless broadband and normal expenses (water, gas, electricity) are included in rent.
Situated just down from the Como Hotel, it is only 4km to the CBD (15min by bus), Public Transport (3 bus stops in walking distance), Curtin Uni (2km) and Amenities.
We're looking to find another female that is clean, tidy, sociable, responsible and fun to have around. You should have respect for others' belongings, be honest and not shy away from doing your part of household chores (we clean the house from top to bottom every two weeks).
We are both relaxed, easy to get along with, social and kinda expect our flatmate to be the same.
