Hi my name is Kate and I am currently looking for a respectable person to help share the rent in a house located in Condon, Townsville.
I’m 20 and work full time as a Broker’s Assistant in Insurance. I am a generally tidy person and would expect you to be the same but our bedrooms are our own space. I love animals as I have a very friendly/happy dog (Rottweiler), a bird and a fish. I don’t mind if you have or intend to get an animal as long as we put it through the real estate’s authorisation first.
It is a fully furnished 3 bedroom home with a decent sized yard, two way bathroom, and large living area. The house is located near Riverway, Willows Shopping Town, Reading Cinemas, and just a 5min drive over the Ring Road to the Hospital and JCU.
The room available is quite spacious with enough room to fit a double bed with bedside tables (I have a single bed if needed). It has a ceiling fan, built in wardrobe and a large window.
