Room is detached from house, airconditioned (furnished with queen bed, desk, wardrobe, etc)
Room is decent size. Private as not attached to the main house, but also easy to get into the main house.
Shared use of rest of house
* Modern Kitchen
* Saltwater inground pool (very nice in summer)
* House has 3 bedrooms.
* Nice outdoor area.
LOOKING FOR:
- someone that is happy to pay rent on time (being 2 weeks in advance at all times, via direct transfer),
- that's not loud and Someone that is respectful of others and their stuff.
- no smoking and is not a party house at all (no drinking or smoking at least whilst at home)
I AM:
- female, in my late 30's
- I don't drink or smoke and would be looking for someone of similar nature (at least not drinking/smoking at home).
I'm very easy to get along with and keep to myself. I'm not home alot, but when I am I'm usually in or working on the garden, etc
I own the house so there's no problems with nasty real estate agents!!!
