The bedroom is large and bright with high ceiling, plantation shutters and wooden floorboards. It is tastefully furnished, quilt and linen included, with a double bed and side table and drawers and clothes racks. There is space available for a bookshelf, tv and desk. The room shares a bathroom with one other.
We are a professional couple,and we have a beautiful little boy 10 months name Luca (yes he's house trained). I run my own busy design agency in Surry Hills and my partner works for the Italian Trade Commission and has a small fine Italian food and wine business so our home is always filled with beautiful food and we both spend a lot of time down by the beach rain, hail or shine. We love our beautiful home, and see it as a peaceful haven to come back to and relax, we love entertaining but definitely aren't party animals.
We are looking for a lovely, respectful person that understands that you will be sharing our peaceful home with our small family, no party animals please! Someone with a full time job who has a happy, busy social life is preferred, we would love someone who also appreciates good food and wine, design and culture and who loves children and living by the ocean.
