I have a very large modern room (18 metres x 3.2 metres) with it's own bathroom. It's self contained but has no kitchen. A kitchenette could be easily set up and there is a washing up sink outside the bathroom as well. The room is semi furnished at the moment but I am willing to negotiate if extra things are needed (fridge,washing machine,cooker,etc) or you can have it unfurnished. There is a pool, unlimited broadband, private entry and a large deck(40 sq metres) of your own.
You must be clean and tidy with references.
