i am the landlord living in the house, its fully furnished including 2 fridges, washing machine, dryer, vacuum, tv, x-box, computer, internet etc. all utility bills are paid for including foxtel. there is a fare sized yard a spa pool and a shed with another lounge area and multi purpose gym. im a walk away from shops and avondale college. looking for clean female or couple to share accomodation id rather not a party animal it wont work. im a very clean tidy person so im looking for the same. there are only some small rules, if u wanna party go out to do so apart from some quite beers and clean up after yourself and respect others you live with. im easy going and like to go out for drinks or clubbing but i believe home is where you should be able to relax. after non-smokers as i am not a smoker. pls call me for any questions. while i believe $200 a week is reasenable for what the house is with no bills to pay, though it is negotible.
