Preferred room and flatmate description

Two male uni students with spare room for rent. We're looking for someone temporarily to share a 3 Bedroom house with, in Corrimal. The place is fully furnished except for the bedroom, so you only need a bed and anything you want in your room. The place has a separate living room, and a large open kitchen and dining area, a private back yard with a bricked patio area and outdoor setting and bbq as well. Single lock-up garage which is used for storage. I have ADSL2+ connected which you can use for free and can access over a wireless network from anywhere in the house. Only two blocks to the Corrimal shops and public transport with direct links to the Uni or CBD, and about a 2 minute drive to the beach. No bond needed, cheap rent $80 p/w negotiable, includes bills. Great temporary place over summer. Must vacate early-mid January.
