Well i have an an amazing share house, in a central location with lovely flatmates that may just be perfect for you... This is a fantastic 2 bedroom unit that I have been renting for about 8mths and have 4mths left on the lease (ends on 15 January). It is a really large unit with a combined lounge & dining room, great outdoor area. The unit has everything you could ask for including wooden floor boards, internal laundry, near new kitchen with heaps of storage space, a fantastic bathroom that was recently renovated and has under floor heating… There is also a lock up garage that can be included in your rent for an additional sum if you are interested (I am negotiable on this)…

The units is so centrally located, only 2 mins walk from buses to the city, the beaches and all over the north shore, Woolies & the bottle shop are right next door and amazing restaurants and bars just up the street.

Your room is a unfurnished & has ample space for a double bed, and draws (its not huge but it is very comfortable). It is really light and bright with built in wardrobe (which btw has organised shelving & hanging). It also has a ceiling fan which is great in summer (with remote for the light as well). You will be moving in with a young couple (early 20's), who are really lovely, work hard and genreally keep the place looking fantastic... I am the flatmate who is moving out (I have bought my own place on the central coast) so I am looking for someone to take my room over for the rest of the lease. Rent is: - 190pw (no carspace); or - 205 per week with a lock up garage Bills are extra over and above this...
