Hey there

Fully furnished apartment is seeking a new member!! Looking for someone relaxed, who needs to drop they're bags n chill out. Some room details: Medium sized, windows, mirrored buit-ins with organisers - had double bed, (with frame that I think could take a queen sized matress) desk n bed-side table - can be stored if needs be. Your own Bathroom, toilet and shower. Some house details: The Lounge area is large, with a nicely sized 42 " TV ( plus Foxtel) and backs to the kitchen which, in turn looks out to the balcony. Gas powered kitchen,again fully furnished - SMEG, all appliances, dishwasher, microwave,etc etc Laundry / Dryer all in-house. Linen provided Place for extra (maybe plus 1) to crash in the studio. Im a apprentice Bespoke Tailor & textile artist so I have a studio in the apartment - which I am happy to share with a fellow Artisan. to describe myself...hmmm lets see... I'm fun, I like to laugh, when Im creating I can get a bit 'hermit-like'. I love good food good wine and sharing both with mates. To me, when you rent this place, you SHARE it with me - so invite your friends! lounge around! and use the facilities!
