Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi, we are a young professional couple (both 26) currently in Darwin working full time. We are looking to rent a room in a house or apartment near Darwin for the next three to four months. We are flexible on location, though the closer to the city the better, as we both work in town. Our current housesitting arrangement is coming to an end soon, and we need to move by late November. We'd like the house and room we move into to be furnished, though we have enough to get by should we need to. We are both friendly and easy-going, we're tidy and we don't smoke, and we don't mind at all if you have pets, though we'd prefer to live with people who are working and settled in Darwin (even if only for a short time), rather than travellers.
