This is a lovely decorated double room with walk in area for hanging space with shelves. The room has air con, and a lovely floating wooden floor. There is a kitchenette with front loader washing machine and a modern bathroom. The room can be part furnished if you wish. This is a large renovated queenslander in a quiet leafy street in Deagon, 5 mins walk to the railway with plenty of on road parking. We are close to Sandgate and the bay and local shops/gyms, some great bike and walking tracks and kite surfing too! We are a professional family with two children, 2 cats and some free range chickens . There is a large verandah at the back of the house leading to a large garden and also a verandah to the front. We live mainly in the top area of the house.
This lovely space would ideally suit a professional working lady, a more mature lady in her40s' or 50s', as we have an exitsting lady whom is living downstairs whom is mature and is great fun, kind and professional and would respect your private time and space, so hence we would prefer someone whom is more compatible with this situation.
We do require references please. We cannot have anyone that smokes and we cannot accept any pets. No couples please.
