BEACH HOUSE -Prefered age range 23yrs--early 40's (-.Room has own bathroom and toilet seperate to room and on street parking is safe quite street, I have a dog he is Lab X friendly dog the room is 160p/w with own bath and toilet plus electricity every 3 months room is empty has large cupboard the house is furnished so no more needed and also no extra room for storage and or caravans, boats old car bodies etc.. Some other minor cupboard space for stuff ..Laid back place beach is 150m away close to bus ,shops,supermarket and beach side cafes i work at the beach fulltime for the Council Lifeguard Service Im pretty cruzie I surf play guitar I like to have BBQ's and a few quite beers every so often house is clean older style brick home the room fits a queen bed fine with plenty of cupboard space . Possibly another room for rent depending on the situation . Ok for couples to look i can rent out 2 rooms to a couple for 280p/w one room can be good for storage of stuff or whatever plus you get own/bath and toilet or i can just rent out the one room to someone . Already have a dog can't have anymore so sorry . Only myself living in the house .Thanks for ya interest ! cheers Matt
