Room is large with ceiling fan and mirrowed built-in wardrope.You will have full own use of main bathroom and main loungeroom as I have studio room at back of house. We would share the kitchen. House has two loungerooms, entertainment area and bbq all overlooking in-ground pool. House is opposite Golf Course and Beach at end of street. Near public transport. Sharing with a young mature, employed full-time female, who is social but also like her own space,which the house allows. Who is also hardly here on weekends. Must be NON-SMOKER (no exceptions) and be neat and tidy. Also NO PETS sorry. Also someone who is social but takes their parties to other people's house.
