I am looking for a roommate in a new built house. The house is conveniently located behind Doncaster road and Springvale road junction; about 2 minuets walk to any bus stop, going all four directions. 10 minuets drive to Nunawading train station. 2 car parks are available and parking on street is free.
The room is upstairs (split built). It is furnished with a single bed, a desk and a small table.
I’m in the master bedroom down stairs. I’m very easy going, clean and like sports (there are some weights to play with). I work as System Engineer and hardly ever home; utilities are split between us and Internet is free.
