My partner (Nursing Student) and I (Army) are wanting to rent out the granny flat that is apart of our house block. Ideal for a uni student as it is close to JCU and the hospital and situated in a safe and secure part of town. It has a kitchen/dining/lounge area, bedroom (with large storage space - built in wardrobes) and bathroom, all fully self contained and currently half furnished. We have in there a queen bed and TV (if needed). Oven/stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, various containers, pots and pans, utinsels, plates, glasses etc. We have a large entertaining area and parking out the front.
