Got three rooms available at my place in Drewvale. All average size with built-in wardrobes. Have single beds, desk, desk chair and a few other pieces of bedroom furniture available and may be used if desired, but it is no problem if you want to bring in your own furniture. Two living areas, back yard, two bathrooms. Would be preferable if applicants would like to share household responsibilities; cooking, cleaning etc. All utilities included in the rent.
