My beautiful " Cape Cod " style house is a 2 storey home on 1/2 an acre with a large outdoor area, gazebo and extensive gardens. It adjoins 20 acres where my horses graze. Although this property has a very quiet, rural atmosphere, it is only a 10 minute walk to the Dunsborough supermarkets, internet cafes and beaches. Dunsborough has been twice voted as Australia's top tourist town because of the stunning beaches, international surfing, wineries, diving, snorkeling, absailing, arts / crafts, caves and beautiful Karri forests nearby.
I am an easy going, helpful, kind woman who is a relief teacher and mental health worker. People who have lived here say they really like it. I appreciate people of all nationalities and I will try to meet your needs.
My bedroom, ensuite and study are upstairs and there is a double sized and a single sized furnished bedroom with a television, downstairs. You can store any furniture etc. in my sheds. The well equipped kitchen ( with a dishwasher ) lounge and bathroom are very big. You do not ever need to clean your dirty dishes because I have a worker who cleans them for you so that the kitchen is always kept clean and tidy. The only room you need to clean is your own because I pay a cleaner to clean the rest of the house.
Your total cost per week is $150 for a single room or $160 for a double room because I pay all the bills. I also supply linen and many free shared items like toilet paper etc. You will need 2 weeks rent in advance and $300 for a room bond to secure your room. I have a written agreement to eliminate any misunderstandings or false expectations.
Although I have a Labrador dog, I do not accept pets, cigarette smoking or illegal drugs / activities on the property.This is not a "Party House" although you are welcome to have your friends visit.
