If you are a mature,person looking for a nice place to rent with a mature other person who likes to be sociable, but also likes their own space this could be the place for you. I now live on my own upstairs, in my beautiful queenlander ,work pretty much full time am fairly easy going and keeps the house and yard and pool clean. I have a granny flat under the house which i have a mature male, works full time. He is quiet and keeps to himself but does like to have a chat sometimesThe room to rent is fully furnished ..I have a sense of humour most times ha, and like to have glass of red or a couple of beers some nights after work. . Only employed persons or foreign students need apply. I have had many students from all over the world for the past 15years My two adult sons come over for dinner some mon nights but are out of here by about 8.30 usually.. I do not have internet but i use a usb broadband on my laptop wtih no problems in this area. .
