Hi, I have a spare room that I have decided to rent out. I'm very easy going and love technology. I work full time Monday to Friday as a tradesman and a housemate with similar working days would be best. There is another male housemate that rents out my other spare room, he is also easy to get along with and generally stays in his room most of the time. I like to keep the house clean and the backyard is fully fenced and able to accommodate a dog if you have one.
The room is of average size - big enough to fit a double bed and still have some walking room, with built in wardrobes. There is already a double bed set up and wired internet can be provided. The rest of the house is fully furnished. The house is perfectly located for easy access to the freeway and Dean street is well within walking distance. Professionals and students are welcome. I would prefer a housemate between the ages 20 - 32, or anyone into computers and technology.
