Preferred room and flatmate description
Lovely house in East Brisbane to share with one female professional and her dog Charlie.
East Brisbane is a 5 minute drive to both the city and the valley and a citycat stop from Newfarm. There is a bus stop near by and shops just down the street.
The house is fully furnished and has everything you could need but the bedroom is unfurnished. It does have built in cupboards and is a really good size. It has a ceiling fan and large windows making it cool for the summer.
The ideal flatmate would be a professional who is neat and tidy but enjoys an afternoon mojito on the back deck.
Charlie the dog is a pug x cavalier spaniel so is only a small dog and is mostly well behaved. He is an inside dog.
