The gorgeous property has a spacious courtyard with garden, huge living area, and modern stainless steel kitchen. It is fully furnished with modern furniture and appliances- only your bedroom is unfurnished. We have unlimited fast internet which we split for just $20 each. Also split energy bills when they come.

I am a happy person, enjoy life and laughs and have many interests including music, singing and cooking. I am changing careers currently to start a mobile dog wash and grooming business. I am particularly sociable on weekends, BBQs and some drinks, mostly out but sometimes at home. I have a gorgeous mini sausage dog who is just a ball of delight and friendliness. I clean up after him and being smooth/short haired there is very little shedding. I like to live in a clean, tidy home without being too obsessive about it- we share housework. I think an atmosphere of all housemates feeling comfortable, happy and sharing mutual respect makes the ideal home. I like hanging out and having a chat with housemates but also each having our space too- balance is good.
