heyy wassup folks.......
i got 2 bedroom unit on ormond road east geelong and i want to rent out 2nd bedroom - its nice little house with decent size backyard, garage - big shared bathroom which is kind of in middle so good for both rooms.
House it self is furnished with couch, TV, Home theatre system, fridge, dining table and stuff - it has one car garage but i have got some gym equipments in there and beer fridge - you more then welcome to put extra stuff in there.
we have to one car park at drive way but plenty of space on street drive way and its pretty safe because of lots of lighting and servo across the road.
I do want to replace couches and buy big LCD but that will happen one by one so at moment i got bit old lounge set and few other furniture.
Bedroom is pretty good size and can easily accommodate double bed or queen size - it has 1 door built in rob as well.
House has foxtel connection but not running so if you wish you want it back then you more then welcome to do so.
I do have Gardner and he comes in around every 6 weeks and charge only $30 to do gardening so that's off the table.
I work full time, volunteer at CFA few nights a week and trying to go 2 gym 4/5 times week and just started playing indoor cricket once a week so pretty busy at moment. i am also starting swimming in Feb and some guitar classes as well.
I would love to have few drinks on weekend and any time - just trying to cut it off a bit though to get fit quickly.
I don'd mind party or get to gathers but just clean yourself after that and don't leave mess around long. Rent and bills on time would be perfect thing to have ideal room mate.
More then welcome to bring in furniture or your stuff.
I have got big 2012 planned and it started working out that way so there could be few interstate or overseas travel coming along in it so need some one who i can trust and leave house with no worries..
