someone who dose not mind sharing a place with others and doing there part to keep it clean, we are after someone reliable and easy going.
the house is an older style house made in 1951 but has had the make over inside with new everything,
You will get your own room with internet connection fixed and wireless and phone access . rooms comes with built in cupboards there is shared kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove and other modern appliances,
lounge room with plasma 3D tv and 7.2 home theater system, dinning room with table and 6 dinning chairs. and a shared bathroom and toilet between the 3 rooms.
Also there is a big back yard,outdoor entertainment area
all bills are included in rent also a gardener to do the lawns once a month so you just need to buy your own food and toiletries all this for
$200 a week for a 3.6m2 large room
please note we have a 1 dogs, but welcome other pets
We are also close to public transport both train and bus and are walking distance from east Gosford shop and the pub
