I have a room available in my Queenslander located in Edge Hill, which is only one block from the Edge Hill cafes and shops and located in a very quiet leafy street. Located close to the Botanic Gardens, Red Arrow walking tracks, public transport (1 min walk) and shops and only 10 minutes on a bike into the city.
The house is fully furnished with a large yard. The available room is also fully furnished with queen size bed, dresser, bedside table, cupbaord, air-conditioning, overhead fan and you only need to share the bathroom with one other person ($150/week including elec).
Looking for a mature, clean, employed person/student to move in. Must be a non-smoker and with no pets as we already have a resident dog.
