Hi I'm Paul, a regular ozzie bloke staying in my house in Edgewater!
I currently have 2 rooms available, fully furnished for whomever's interested.

The house is situated in a quiet, safe area away from all the traffic and noise, with nice neighbours who keep to themselves.
The house is:
-A 2min walk from a bus stop on Joondalup drive that'll take you to either Joondalup Train Station or Edgewater Train Station.
-15Min Walk to Edgewater Train Station
-5 Min Drive to the freeway entry
--Walking distance to Edith Cowan University and Joondalup TAFE
-Close to Joondalup Shopping Centre
-Close to Pubs and Clubs
-Close to Joondalup Library
-Right near a bunch of lakes and parks for walks and runs.
I'm looking for anyone around my age group who's easy to get along with, someone friendly and likes to have a chat and a laugh, someone who cleans up after themselves and doesn't have to be told! I'm not bothered if you're a guy or girl, non- smokers, and all pets are welcome except cats!
So yeah if you're a nice person and we get along at the start then I'll probably have you move in in no time. If you like what you read and wanna check it out do give me a call! If u can't get one up just give me some way of me having a look (it's for my own safety, there are some weird folk out there. If u have a job tell me about it when u contact me coz I am far more lenient towards ppl who are employed vses people stinging off the government and honest working ppl!
