I am looking for a flat mate to share a 3 bedroom townhouse at Eight Mile Plains. Must be working, non smoking and tidy.
Unit is close to garden city and the busway. Unit is in imaculate condition. Rooms will be empty but unit will be fully furnished. There is a gym and pool in the complex.
Rent will be reduced slightly when all flat mates have moved in.
I work full time in the city (will start a FIFO roster in april), enjoy going to the gym, shopping, movies and having casual bbq's with close friends.
