I'm looking for someone to rent out a room at the place i stay.
You will be sharing the house with two males, we both have full time jobs.
The house is located about 15 mins walk to the bus stop to the city and to Coles Supermarket.
Also there is a bus stop to garden city which is only 5 mins walk away from the house.
The room is unfurnished, so you will need to supply your own bed etc, although the rest of the house is furnished.
