I'm a working professional person, friendly, easy going but also mature, considerate, tidy and clean and respect work hours, your personal belongings, and your space.
The house is LARGE AND SPACIOUS and heaps of separate spaces to relax and get time alone. I also enjoy chilling out on occasion with my housemate and having a chat and a few drinks. Its nice not to just feel like a body around the house. Sometimes my two last housemates and I would go out on a weekend somewhere, or sit and chill and chat at home. They still come and visit me, when they are up in Hervey Bay.
I use my my garage as an study/office, and for my art, jewellery and music. There is however off street parking for you. With my music I would always check to make sure that you can't hear it and it is not headbanging loud stuff. Its more about me practicing songs softly on guitar or piano, and this is also in my garage. Amazingly sound proof this house.
The house has got new comfortable furniture and all the gadgets to make life easy e.g. dishwashers, aircon etc., huge telli; and you can put a telli in your room if you wish, but will need an aerial. You need nothing, except your bed and room furniture.
REFEREES my last two housemates
J. - Paramedic - got transferred to Kingaroy. He still visits me when he is back here.
M. my other housemate moved in with his girlfriend, who he met here. He was working full time making light aircraft. We still see each other socially.
These guys lived with me for 12 months and would be more than happy to talk to you!
