Hello, I’m Maz.....I’m a professional female. I work Mon - Fri, regular business hours. I go to the gym 2 -3 nights a week, enjoy cooking, baking on weekends, hence why I go to the gym!!! I’m reasonably quiet to live with however enjoy the odd dinner party/morn tea get together. Not a big drinker or party goer but enjoy going out to pubs/bars for a drink occasionally so happy to live with someone that may be like minded.
Prefer to live with a professional person that is super clean & tidy Someone that helps with housework, someone happy, low key and respectful. Non smoker please!!! Also someone that wants at least 6 month lease. Also someone that is happy to help with house work on a weekly basis.
Tram 67 outside the front door. Elsternwick train station(15mins to the city) 5 mins walk. Bus leaves from Elsternwick station to Acland St St Kilda. Cafes/shops/Coles/Restaurants within walking distance. Cinema 20min walk. Elwood beach/village approx 30 min walk.
Spare bedroom has a beautiful comfy queen size bed (you will need to provide your own bed linen, pillows, etc), wardrobe with shelving. Room will fit 2 x side tables if required. Apartment is fully furnished with ducted heating in all rooms, cooling in living room only. A large balcony with outdoor setting, off street parking, floorboards, separate laundry, bath & shower. Living area/ kitchen very spacious.
$260 per week includes rent, bills and household stuff, like toilet paper, washing detergent, etc...You will be responsible for food/phone/Internet/Etc....
I will require 4 weeks rent when you first move in + $800 bond..... Avail end of May 2012
