We have a student staying with us . we have a large furnish room in our brand new home in Eltham available for rent with queen bead ,bead side/ book shelves,Internet facility for $200 a week   including bills to rent out to a easy going, responsible ,& clean .           ( ONLY FEMALE ) deposit needed $800.00 witch is (4 weeks rent in advance) not less than 6 mount stay , The moving date is also negotiable.  There is a bus stop not far and also train station . My home has 3 bathrooms 2 living areas 1 formal, a big TV room large kitchen , cinema room.
