The house comprises beautiful polished floorboards, wooden venetians in every room, central heating and split system air conditioning in the main bedroom and kitchen. There is a large loungeroom, bright and airy kitchen and dining area, well appointed bathroom, laundry and a cute backyard.
The house is a short walk to a bus which takes you to Essendon station. Close by is a milk bar, Safeway and the trendy Keilor Road shops and cafes. Great for dinner or a coffee!
A park and the Maribyrnong River are close by and the house is in a lovely scenic area of Essendon West.
