As we all know Wollongong is expensive to live in, thankfully myself and two friends were able to obtain a house in Figtree last year which is only a five minute drive from the University. We are again looking for a forth housemate to share with us. We are all full time uni students who also have part time jobs, we keep a clean and organised house so wish to find someone who also have the same traits, i.e predominantly clean.
The house is fully furnished besides the bedroom available; The room available includes a bedroom, lounge room and toilet. Smoking outside is allowed.
All bills are included in the rent, it includes wireless internet, local and national calls as well as optus mobiles, water, electricity as well as lawn care for the big back yard.
There is an undercover barbeque area on the property that the new house mate is welcome to use. We look forward to hearing from you.
We may be willing to allow a couple to move in, if it is a couple rent will be $275 a week includes all utilities.
