This is a 2 story house, the room for rent is on the bottom level where you have full access to a TV in a second living area with Austar, own huge bathroom, free wi-fi internet, laundry etc.. Main living area and kitchen is up stairs where you also have full access. Looking for an easy going professional sociable house mate. I have 1 x 5yr old boy who I share custody with and who is with me part time. Single mums or dads with small child also acceptable.
