Hey. i'm a full time sole parent of a 4 yr old girl and it is just us 2 living here at the moment. So im prefferebly looking for a female room mate. The room for rent is downstairs, with it's own lockable entry. It also has its own toilet and shower. The room leads into the laundry with out a door so you could use a curtain over it and lock the laundry door and i will work out times to use the laundry. upstairs is a large kitchen, seperate dining, large lounge, timber floors and a blacony at the front and back. Out the back is a large yard and and covered patio and also a spare lockable car port. It is a great large home. I pay 290 a wk but i will only charge $110 for this . I will also only charge one third the electricity seeming my daughter is living there aswell.
