My home is on the Sydney northern beaches at Freshwater which has 10 bedrooms 3 bathrooms & swimming pool .
The house is 5 min to Freshwater beach, famous Manly beach area, and largest shopping centre in Australia , bus service at door to Manly ( 5 min ) & City (30 mins express bus).The single room rate is $1120 per month per person or Twin Share double room is $1600 per month ( 2 people inclusive) per room .Australian dollars, this includes breakfast & dinner 7 days a week,High Speed Internet is available.
Please note there is no bond or contract, payments on arrival with 1 months rent in advance for long stay eg (1 month or more with balance refunded if 2 weeks notice given) all rooms are private..Length of stay is flexible from 1 week to 5 years.
We have 3 children ages 16,21 & 24 they are all into sport etc swimming, surfing & going to gym, very experienced with international / Australian visitors including students. The accommodation cares for your needs in a very happy friendly caring family environment with your privacy respected as all rooms are private.
