Preferred room and flatmate description

Looking for a good flatmate for a nice place in Cairns.

not good at this so here goes. it is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom town house. I will only rent 1 room out, and this means you have sole use of the other bathroom/toilet. there is a laundry/toilet downstairs.

the kitchen and dining is cool and the lounge is fully setup with my toys. Im not a gamer and dont feel the need to. I do however like movies but not to the point i need a blue-ray player.

as stated you will have your own bathroom and toilet. Its next to your room. I wont use this bathroom, I have my own. and there is another toilet downstairs. fully air con rooms that are split system. timber blinds. carpet and built in wardrobe that is large. its honestly a good room and i dont rent in crap locations. cool place to be and close to a bus route into the CBD of cairns. the street is fine to park in and is very safe and quiet area. bill for electricity and internet is included in the price but you MUST HAVE YOUR OWN PC if you want to share the internet. and if you dont have wireless i will run a cable.

I like the place im in and try to keep a tidy place. but i limit the mess to my room and my study. I like to try to get out and about. i tend to like going to a beach [im a wanna be kite surfer] or into town for walks and my spare time. I am also new to the area and will be finding my feet on a socal level and will be keeping active on that one. I dont party at home. its far nicer to go out and have run in cairns than it is to stay home most days.

you will require nothing but yourself to move in. I have the place fully furnished save a bed in the room. If you need a bed then something can be arranged, but i would want u to have your own sheets [queen size]. unit complex has a pool. easy to get into CBD, close to airport. bus stop is about 100 metres away.

I am wanting someone to share part of the rent. its not an even split so no issues there.

Im a good guy to live with and will be working most of the time. I have no issues and have a good home. i like my music and if you like my music then we're cool. i'll even show you how to plug into the home HI FI if you want yours loud too. I want someone with no strange twists. all is good and you will have fun. give me a yell sometime and i will get back to you soon.
