Share with three others in a huge room that has single beds for each guy. The bed available is a loft bed, nicely private, and there is a large desk nearby, as well as usual wardrobe space and shelves. The roommates are from Australia, Japan and New Zealand, great guys.
The house is fully furnished, large and stylish and is kept clean. There is a good kitchen and dining area. The house mates are warm and friendly, everyone is comfortable in the house and it is easy to get to know others. The other house mates are from different nationalities so all must speak English (it is an "international house").
The location is super-convenient, as it is a short distance to Broadway shopping center and 5 minutes walk to Sydney University. also within walking distance to UTS, Chinatown and Central Station. There are many buses along Glebe Pt Rd if you need to get to the city quickly, but you can also walk to the CBD or Chinatown across Ultimo and Darling harbour in a straight line "as the crow flies". There are many cafes, restaurants and specialty shops nearby, quite a fashionable area.
The house is fully furnished, toilet paper and some cleaning materials provided and there is a good internet service through the whole house (no bills aside from the rent).
