We're a couple who are both in our 20's. We're easy going, laid back, enjoy beautiful food, chat in the large backyard and enjoy feeding fishes in the pool, and.... yes, we plant some simple vegetables in the backyard. LOL. . And now we live with 3 other people from Australia and Europe in a large two-story house in Glen Iris, which is safe & quite & convenient to city. less than 10 mins to train station, 20 mins get to city. close to some schools.
The house was built in 1970s, so it is a little bit old now. But it would not affect our lives there. It will only give us some sense of culture of the city to us. LOL, just kidding. The double story house actually has 5 bedrooms, And the house has two kitchens, two living rooms, one large balcony, two Big trees and one fish pond. Enjoy it!
We have a simple furnished room available now, Including bed , mattress, desks, chairs and wardrobe. We want some like mind people to fill in this room. And we can enjoy the food, chat, and go to the beach maybe. Smoke outside only. The rent includes all the bills (water, gas, electricity, unlimited internet ect.) but we have to share electricity fees in Winter. we have 2 rooms are empty now. one is 170/w. and another room is available at 140/w. welcome to have a look buddies.
