I have a home and a beautiful large garden and I love to watch the wild birds come in to feed mornings and evenings I am a public transport driver and work pretty long hours everything in my kitchen is available for my flatmate there is a fridge provided apart from mine a washing machine and the rooms are fully furnished with very good beds and mattress bedside table wardrobe chest of drawers ceiling fans TVs .My back room overlooks my garden and has a very nice outlook of Munybung hill as well as Mount Sugarloaf. I do expect my flatmates to be considerate about cleaning up after themselves and keeping their rooms swept and relativly clean.I wont have smoking in the bedrooms but in the back room it's okay . I charge one hundred and thirty five dollars a week and that is inclusive for electricity and water. I would prefer someone mature and responsible as I have had lots of very young people who have done the wrong thing by me I dont interfere with anyone but some of my flatemates have been very good company and we have had BBQs and drinks I believe in letting everyone have their own space and will try to meet anyone halfway
