Preferred room and flatmate description

I'm a soon-to-be-graduating student (yay!), looking for a room in the Burleigh Heads area. I'm hoping to live with someone who likes to chill out and relax, and have a few drinkies on the weekend. I'm not looking for a party house since I'm a bit past my party-hard days! I like to hang out with roommates and it's important to me that we get along, but I really value my private time as well and am pretty independent, so I won't be in your face. I'm very clean and tidy, and am looking to move in with someone who is clean and tidy also :)
