Hi ..
I am looking for a home in the Broadbeach/ Broadbeach Waters/ Mermaid Waters or Sorrento , Southport, Bioggera Waters type areas..
I am looking for a nice home, a pool would be a bonus but not a must ..
The home also needs to be airconditioned .. ( sorry if I sound pushy with that couple of lines, but its easier to be up front for what you want then every one is happy )
I am a very honest, neat, clean and fun person and always pay my bills on time ..
And also I get on well with younger people ( may be more then older ones as I still think I am 30 myself !!) as I always mix with a younger crowd ..
I have owned my own home for years but for many of those years had people sharing with me as I love company but also a quiet night is fantastic to .. And being able to have your own space is very important but its fantastic to have that coffee together on a Sat or Sun morning and get filled on on what everyone has been doing ...
I love to have a glass of wine or two ...( just thought I better add that !!! ) And I am a very social person, but not a party animal ....I enjoy dinner parties etc
I have plenty of time to find a share home as I am staying with a friend ( they are more then happy for me to stay on but I would like to have my own place ).

I also have a beautiful 14 year old golden retiever dog, so some where with a courtyard or back yard would be fantastic ... Anyone who see's her seems to fall in love with her ... she really is a good dog .. Plus I would do every thing for her and clean up etc etc etc ..She does not dig or bark .. so she is never a problem ... Mmmm well may be the only problem would be when your hanging out your washing she would follow you for a pat !!!
I am happy with a place from 3months to how ever long .. 1year or longer ... But we can work out what you want when we first meet ..It just didn't give you the option to say that in the boxes above .
