Living here is myself; I'm a youthful middle aged female Australian as well as 2 business men. For one reason or other, we all, only live here half the time.
Safe off-street parking & only a few minutes drive to the M2. Public transport: house is half-way between Gordon and Pymble train station, about 15 minute walk to either (stations are on Sydney's North Shore train line, 30 Min's to city or beach, 10mins to Chatswood and about 15 to Hornsby ). Macquarie Park and University and North Ryde area are also within easy distance.
The house is peaceful and tranquil and I would like to keep it that way. I'm seeking a clean non-smoker who appreciates peace and quiet and likes to lead a fairly healthy lifestyle.

There are a choice of two rooms. One is fully furnished with a king single bed; small but pleasant. There is also a mid sized room that is furnished apart from a bed. Both catch plenty of sun and overlook the garden shown in photo's.
To clarify price range, one person in one room would be a minimum of $120pw for 2 nights a week and up to about $220pw for 4-5 nights a week depending on which room. 2 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent in advance with a minimum of 2 weeks notice to be given on departure. Reference and ID required.
