Room for rent in Green point, just down the road from Green point shopping centre, five minutes max from Erina fair. Two story house with two bedrooms at the rear, upstairs area with multiple rooms and the front of the house has two single bedrooms and a garage converted to a bedroom.
The 2nd floor is rented by a young married couple. A single mother and son (2 years old) live in the master bedroom at the rear of the house. The converted garage at the front of the house has a single male occupant. One of the bedrooms at the front of the house has a single male occupant.
If you stuck through all that there is a single bedroom at front of the house and another at the rear of the house free. The rear bedroom has a wardrobe and an alcove suited for a tall, narrow desk. We can provide a bed if needed and the wardrobe provides lots of storage and hanging space.
The front bedroom is quite a bit larger but does not have a wardrobe. We can provide some furniture to assist with storage (bedside table, clothes rack ensemble etc)
The rest of the house is fully furnished with multiple leisure areas and a huge kitchen/dining area. The backyard is quite large with an above ground pool as well. This house is perfect for sharing, lots of space to relax in without feeling like you're jammed in like sardines. There's a carport as well as street parking available. The street itself is situated close to main roads but tucked out of the way and fairly quiet.
The house is NON-SMOKING. Other than that rules are fairly relaxed, watch your language around the two year old and keep your space and communal areas clean. Bond is four weeks rent and rent must be kept paid two weeks in advance.
