Room is available from mid december!
The house is located in the exclusive suburb of Greenwich (lower nth shore of sydney). Large in size, very open floor plan, pool and room for a car if you need. The house already has foxtel and wireless internet, washing machine and everything else you could possible need.
The room available (mid-dec) is very large, has a inbuilt wardrobe, carpeted, expansive windows.
The other flatmates are a great bunch of people, in total there are 4 others so it’s a very social house and are always going out together. Plus you’re never short of someone to hang with or chat to. The property is vibrant with warm colours that are inviting as the home itself. Terraced BBQ patio, surrounded by balconies, short walk to bus, taxis, variety of major shopping centres and St Leonards train station.
