3. All cleaning products and equipments are provided free of charge.
4. All furniture and electrical appliances is provided. All the rooms are fully furnished and the house has all electrical appliances.
5. Most of the world TV channels provided through FOXTEL connection and as well as an International Satellite Channels. You will find what ever TV channel you looking for delivered to you free of charged 24/7.
Each house is new and very clean and tidy. The four houses are fully tiled through. The area is very quiet and safe. Some rooms have an en-suite and the remaining rooms are one bathroom for each 2 rooms. The building has 24hours security personal. Renting terms is variable depending on how long tenants would prefer to stay.
Rent value depends on the room size, location, furniture. Room’s rent starts at $100 per week and goes up to $250 depending on the room applicants choose and the number of people moving in 0ne room. At the moment there are 2 rooms one of them is $190 and the other one is $200.All the rooms have built in wardrobes. Very clean share accommodation.
The deposit is calculated as 4 weeks rent payable before moving in.
Every person will have his/her own room.
